本案定位于一個獨立設計工作室。靈感來自于柯布.西耶的海邊度假小木屋，隨著生活節奏的加快，物質生活水平的不斷提高，當今社會到處充滿了無限的誘惑和欲望，讓人浮躁，焦慮…都市人都響往簡單快樂的生活，純粹的工作，讓呼吸自由起來，于是本案源起，以空間的形式讓欲望最小化，讓工作和生活還原于本來面目，營造一個安靜優雅智慧的空間，給“思考”留一個“領域”……由于原建筑面積所限，空間狹長，并且一覽無余，空間顯得蒼白無力，為了解決空間體驗感，本案嚴格根據人體工學，把握好原有建筑空間的每一個尺度，運用空間序列的排筆，起、承、轉、合的應用，使空間具有很強的導向性，通過褪色的銅拉環，古石雕、老窗格、不銹鋼、現伐原木、手工鐵藝隔欄、矮墻為導向，利用虛實對比，隔景，借景，將空間處理成先抑后揚，先暗后明，先大后小，迂回曲折的空間感受，使每個空間營造出了不同的氛圍，讓身處這個空間的每一個人體驗到當代與傳統，過去與未來的穿越感，感知人與空間的自由交互，每一個點滴，賦予了這個空間宅人合一的美妙體驗……
