公共區利用房屋的挑空結構，和閣樓做了結構的互動，又好看又有趣。閣樓是后期改造出來的，同時還改了兩處天窗，夜深人靜，仰望星空，露營也不用出門了。特意留了一個小房間，像魔女琪琪的小窩。
