兩百多平米的建筑面積，作為一家中古商店而言，并不算緊湊。加之較高的建筑層高關系，甚至可以算得上空間富裕。但因其C字型的建筑結構，以及居中的兩根大立柱而產生的空間限制，讓原本寬敞的物理空間，顯得猶如被拆分開來的獨立小方塊。如果設計按照現有的建筑結構設定而展開，勢必會大大減弱空間的體驗感。

同時，作為一家臨街商鋪，受限于山城獨特的地形特征。原建筑空間關系與室外坡道形成了兩種截然不同的空間關系。面向門頭的右邊建筑明顯高于街道，而左邊建筑則遠遠低于街道的完成面。這不僅影響了室內外的空間關系和行動路線，也會因為高低落差關系，埋下雨水倒灌進室內的安全隱患。

于是，我們將空間根據實際需求，拆分為了五個主要部分。

首先根據所處地形因素，我們將門頭分成了兩個空間，并實施了部分地面抬高的土建處理。右邊部分以退后的方式形成了內外門廳的關系。這樣的處理不僅讓外部空間的關系更加豐富，也通過交通動線的設置，弱化了其C字型的建筑結構關系。而左邊部分則被做成了封閉的休閑區域，該區域不僅滿足于休閑洽談的使用，較大的玻璃裝飾窗的設置，也將作為櫥窗的功能引導過往的游客看進來。同時，這樣的處理，還能完美地解決因室外坡度關系所埋下的雨水倒灌的隱患。

再往里走，則是我們可以營造的精神場域。原本可以搭建為兩層空間的層高關系得以保留。在這里，高挑的結構柱與箱包陳列墻成為了視覺的主體。低趴的座位區與之形成鮮明的對比。而這種反差，正是我們想要營造的姿態。這與重慶這座城市的姿態不無關系。夸張的樓梯入口與造型門窗，則暗示著，仍有我們可以探知的神秘空間。

因其較為狹長的建筑結構關系，我們利用最末端的建筑部分進行了雙層空間的搭建。這不僅是為了更好地營造空間情緒而產生的設計手段。更是為了保證更好的實際使用訴求。一層末端的部分被劃分為了VIP接待室、直播間、儲藏間、以及衛生間的功能關系。而二層部分的設置，不僅是滿足了主理人與員工的辦公、收納，也通過一個樓道的搭建，為狹長的建筑空間畫上了一個開放性的句號。這種結束的狀態，能讓消費者身處其中時，有更多的畫面感與參與感。當然，這也有效地豐富了其空間關系，讓購物體驗更加豐滿。

質感表達Texture Expression-在質感的表達上，我一如既往的偏愛著最為基礎的材質關系。原木、水洗石、涂料、紅磚再次成為了空間的主角。這無疑是最為純粹的表達形式。但在迪佳的價值輸出方面，我們希望較之以往的同類作品，更具傳統價值的認知感受。所以，在整體的設計中，我們融入了適度的石材、短絨、拼花、金屬等材質。特別是在軟裝陳設的選擇上，價值感進一步提升。精致的做工、考究的五金、以及稀缺的面料，都為品質的保證奠定了基礎。

On the texture expression, as always, I prefer the most basic material relationship. Log, washed stone, paint and red brick have once again become the key to space. No doubt, it is the purest expression formation. But in Dijia’s value output aspect, we hope to have more traditional cognitive feelings than previous similar works. So, in the overall design, we incorporate moderate stone, short pile, mosaic, metal, and other materials. Especially in the choice of soft furnishings, the sense of value is further enhanced. Exquisite workmanship, exquisite hardware, and scarce fabrics have laid the foundation for quality assurance.

雖然這看似老舊的質感關系，并非光鮮亮麗。但，這便是我所希望呈現出來的空間。可以安靜地、平和地屹立在那里。伴隨著時間、光影、人物的關系，而自在其中。每一刻，即是一幀，即是可以保存起來的當下。
