①拆除客廳與次臥部分墻體，設(shè)書房、吧臺(tái)及地臺(tái)，營造更為整體、動(dòng)線更加合理的客書房區(qū)域。

②外擴(kuò)入戶門洞、衛(wèi)生間、廚房墻體，后移次臥墻體，合理改善玄關(guān)、走廊及各空間配比及功能。

③改主臥衛(wèi)生間為衣帽間，改變其門洞朝向，提升使用便利、舒適度。
