本案是位于【合肥-國(guó)貿(mào)天成】的一個(gè)躍層項(xiàng)目，面積為70m2+70m2。業(yè)主是一對(duì)新婚小夫妻，喜歡看書閱讀，希望自己的家是休閑、放松的，不要太擁擠、太功能化。我們從空間本身出發(fā)，將業(yè)主的愛(ài)好在空間里放大，沒(méi)有刻意去做空間硬件功能，著重于休閑舒適的生活體驗(yàn)。

01.一層First floor

躍層不同于其他戶型，考慮業(yè)主需求的同時(shí)，也需考慮空間的整體性與設(shè)計(jì)感，兩者皆構(gòu)成美的風(fēng)韻。The split-story is different from other apartment types. While considering the needs of the owners, it is also necessary to consider the integrity of the space and the sense of design, both of which constitute a beautiful charm.

將調(diào)整位置后的樓梯區(qū)域充分利用，設(shè)計(jì)出一面書柜和綠植墻，在這個(gè)浮躁又快速的時(shí)代，成為慰藉心靈的一方秘境。Make full use of the adjusted staircase area, design a bookcase and green wall, in this impetuous and fast era, it becomes a secret place to comfort the soul.

那些偉大的人，那些偉大的思想，那些面臨選擇的困頓與堅(jiān)定，都藏在這些漸漸被人忽略的柔軟中，烙刻在我們的記憶深處。Those great people, those great thoughts, those difficulties and firmness facing choices, are hidden in these softness that is gradually ignored by others, and they are engraved in our memory.

書柜一側(cè)增設(shè)西廚區(qū)，并在餐桌一邊設(shè)計(jì)懸空書桌，與書柜相連，成為書房。客廳、餐廳、書房完美融合，共同組成了這處微妙又親密的獨(dú)特區(qū)域。A western kitchen area is added to one side of the bookcase, and a suspended desk is designed on the side of the dining table, which is connected with the bookcase to become a study room. The living room, dining room, and study are perfectly integrated, forming this delicate and intimate unique area.

我們凝望著最初的凝望，感受生活的力量之和，在美食與書籍中寄望星月，在自我探尋中回味宇宙浪漫。We stare at the initial gaze, feel the sum of the power of life, look at the stars and the moon in food and books, and reminisce about the romance of the universe in self-exploration.

02.二層Second floor

今天的我們，總感嘆生活太快，時(shí)間不夠，其實(shí)生活早已教會(huì)我們：如何與空間融合，如何與時(shí)間不較勁。Today, we always lament that life is too fast and time is not enough. In fact, life has long taught us how to integrate with space and how to not compete with time.

立于二層主臥之中，入眼是溫柔、舒適的高級(jí)灰色，木飾面裝飾的飄窗放置簡(jiǎn)單圓墊與案臺(tái)，另一面的掛衣架線條簡(jiǎn)單利落。Standing in the master bedroom on the second floor, the eye is gentle and comfortable high-grade gray. The wooden decorative bay window is placed with simple round cushions and desks, and the hanger on the other side is simple and neat.

與空間中的每一處對(duì)話，那些超越語(yǔ)言的悠然與安定，也許就是隱藏在這灰色調(diào)里的謎底。我們站在這里，也站在心底。Dialogue with every place in the space, the leisure and stability beyond language, may be the answer hidden in this gray tone. We stand here, and we stand in the bottom of our hearts.

書籍是時(shí)間的藝術(shù)，有情、有義、有愛(ài)；有詩(shī)、有歌、有夢(mèng)。整墻書柜設(shè)計(jì)與一旁吊椅相輔相成，將一路輾轉(zhuǎn)、一生起伏化作安逸與舒適。若有詩(shī)書藏于心，歲月從不敗美人。Books are the art of time, with affection, righteousness, and love; there are poems, songs, and dreams. The design of the whole wall bookcase complements the hanging chair on the side, turning the ups and downs of a lifetime into ease and comfort. If you have poems and books hidden in your heart, years will never defeat a beauty.

設(shè)計(jì)是可見，也是可感受的，見于心，觀于形，來(lái)自于自我審美和感知，躍然于時(shí)間、空間之上。本案將業(yè)主的愛(ài)好放在空間之中，結(jié)合經(jīng)驗(yàn)與修養(yǎng)，完成設(shè)計(jì)心性與沉淀，安靜而有力地講述人與空間的關(guān)系。Design is visible and sensible, seen in the heart, seen in the form, derived from self-aesthetics and perception, leaping above time and space. This project puts the owner's hobbies in the space, combines experience and cultivation, completes the design of mind and precipitation, quietly and powerfully tells the relationship between people and space.

①調(diào)整原始樓梯位置，重新規(guī)劃挑空區(qū)域，優(yōu)化整體布局，增強(qiáng)空間感。

②一層客廳舍棄傳統(tǒng)電視，設(shè)計(jì)書柜和綠植墻，增設(shè)西廚，共享客廳與書房空間，營(yíng)造開放、互動(dòng)氛圍。

③二層公共區(qū)域設(shè)立一面書柜墻，滿足開放式書房、休閑區(qū)與洗衣區(qū)，并打造一個(gè)獨(dú)立衣帽間。
