本案位于【合肥-廣視花園】，是154㎡的三室兩廳項目。從戶型本身出發，立足于業主的需求，最終打造出一個溫馨大方的詩意雅居。

設計說明

①原始戶型玄關狹窄，調整南次臥墻體與門洞，做了嵌入式玄關柜，滿足進門收納。

②整個陽臺原本從客廳到主臥都是連通的，設計之后劃分出四個功能區，滿足洗衣、休閑、養花和辦公功能。

③北陽臺并入餐廚，擴充使用空間，增設西廚功能。

④由于空間格局比較固定，在此基礎上保留三室，并在主臥打造出獨立書房，滿足男業主的工作需求。

形式追隨功能

相同戶型，也可以有無數種設計方案，其中最能打動居者的，一定是能完全滿足他的生活需求和喜好，以及在風格、細節上所呈現的小驚喜。

結合生活需求與審美素養，于背景墻打造半懸空收納柜，嵌入電視機、設計隱形門，空間和諧度更高。

Combined with the needs of life and aesthetic literacy, a semi suspended storage cabinet is built in the background wall, embedded in the TV, design invisible doorand the space harmony is higher.

生活不只有詩和遠方，還有身邊的一草一木。戶型中最亮眼的15m超大陽臺經過合理分配，設計出洗衣房、花池、休閑區和獨立書房四個功能區，豐富家庭生活需求。

餐廳仍然沿用暖白色調，餐桌島臺相結合，沿窗增設西廚區，不算開闊的空間也足夠精致、豐富。
