本案是位于【合肥-廬月灣】的一個精裝房改造項目 ，面積為133㎡。居住者是一家三口，業主對房屋的收納儲物有較大要求，能接受一定程度的拆改，整個設計中，確定了現代簡約風格；設計師在精裝房的原始布局上進行優化和改造，從生活功能、空間美學以及家居質感層面考量，為居者打造一個舒適與顏值并存的優質居所。

留白，展現空間深度

在這個快節奏的時代，精裝房交付已然成為一種趨勢，但捫心自問，我們甘心讓曾經憧憬無數次的家，就這樣套用千篇一律、毫無靈魂的模板嗎？

In this fast-paced era, hardbound housing has gradually become a trend: to save owners' decoration time, but also to meet the housing needs of some people. But ask ourselves, are we willing to let the home that we have looked forward to countless times use the same, soulless template in this way?

當然不，我們所期待的家，一定是獨特且有深刻意義的，它會見證我們未來的漫長歲月、也會參與當下每一天的生活。它是載體，亦是寄托。

Of course not. The home we are looking forward to must be unique and meaningful. It will witness the development of our future years and participate in every day of our life. It is a carrier and also a sustenance.

素而后繪，一個有潛力、有深度的空間絕對不是色彩斑斕而張揚的，大幅度留白，才更能顯現空間的深邃與質感。

一字型玄關開闊大氣，入戶換鞋收納一氣呵成。增加懸空雙面收納柜，既滿足儲物需求，又可作隔斷實現空間分割、打造出洄游動線，不減空間之通透。

The zigzag porch is open and grand, and it can be stored in one breath by changing shoes. Increase the double-sided storage cabinet, not only meet the storage needs, but also can be used as partition to achieve space division, create a migratory line, without reducing the space permeability.

陪伴是最長情的告白，同處一個屋檐下，也要珍惜共處時光。橫廳空間中，客廳與開放式書房相結合，營造溫情且有互動感的生活方式。你俯首案牘，而我在你一抬眼就能看見的位置。

Company is the longest confession. Even if you are under the same roof, you should cherish all your time together. In the horizontal hall space, the living room and open study are combined to create a warm and dynamic life style. You look down on the papers, and I'm where you can see when you look up.

電影《卡薩布蘭卡》里有一句名言：“如今你的氣質里，藏著你走過的路，讀過的書和愛過的人。”

There is a famous saying in the movie Casablanca: "now you have a temperament that hides the way you have gone, the books you have read and the people you love."

空間氣質的組成也是類似，啞光藍的開放式書架有顏有質感，收納書籍與藏品將主人的品味與氣質彰顯于無形之中，空間的深邃之感也就此顯露。

The composition of space temperament is similar. The open bookshelf in matte blue has color and texture. The collection of books and collections shows the master's taste and temperament in the invisible, and the deep feeling of space is also revealed.

沐浴在陽光下，行走于天地間，最平凡、卻也是最美好。將空間與自然相結合，成就更有詩情畫意的生活篇章。

Bathing in the sun, walking in the world, the most ordinary, but also the most beautiful. The combination of space and nature makes a more poetic and picturesque chapter of life.

建筑師安藤忠雄說過：光線是最重要的控制因子。這句話放到家居設計中，也同樣適用。陽臺并入客廳，光線充分引入室內，營造更明亮通透的家居氛圍。陽臺部分懸挑，結合空間設計轉角樓梯，也增添了一個視野絕佳的觀景之地。

Architect Tadao Ando said: light is the most important control factor. This sentence is also applicable to home design. Balcony into the living room, light fully into the interior, create a brighter and transparent home atmosphere. Part of the balcony overhanging, combined with the space design corner stairs, also added a view of the best view.

美味與幸福，都讓人回味無窮

我看過山川湖海，歸來時不辜負美食與愛。

I have seen mountains, rivers and lakes, and come back to live up to the food and love.

煙火氣最能賦予真實感，不論多大的房子，有了煙火氣就好像“活”了過來。灶臺上滋滋地炒著菜，烤箱里嗡嗡地烘焙著點心，香氣和聲音一道將空間填滿，也將人心填滿。

Fireworks can give the most realistic feeling. No matter how big the house is, it is like "living" to come. The cooking on the stove is zizizhi, and the dim sum is baking in the oven. The aroma and sound together fill the space and fill the heart.

原始廚房的位置不變，于餐廳擴充西廚功能，溫柔暗粉與水磨石結合，給空間添一份生動；爵士白的大理石桌面，給生活加一份高雅情趣。

The original position of the kitchen remains unchanged, expanding the western kitchen function in the dining room, combining gentle dark powder with terrazzo, adding a vivid space; the white marble table top adds an elegant taste to life.

寧靜致遠，舒享自由

綠植造景，給純粹至簡的臥室帶來生機與勃然，朦朧的白色紗簾翩翩落地，與窗外的世界虛實相隔。

Green plants make the scene, bring vitality and vigor to the pure and simple bedroom. The hazy white curtain falls on the ground, separated from the real world outside the window.

設計的力量不在于用了多少裝飾，而在于整體的把控。無主燈和利落的線條，營造簡約有深度的空間，讓人一眼看過，就平靜、沉穩下來。

The power of design is not how much decoration is used, but the overall control. There is no main lamp and sharp lines, creating a simple and deep space, let people see, calm down.

于居者而言，精裝房再設計是改善型需求，因為家的重點永遠在于“質”：提高生活品質、優化生活空間。

For the residents, the redesign of hardbound housing is an improvement demand, because the focus of home is always "quality": improving the quality of life and optimizing the living space.

在設計師眼里，空間沒有好壞之分，只有合適與不合適。經過解構與重塑，讓空間更貼近居者、更能包容生活百態，那這個家就是成功的。深零潛心做設計，不斷汲取經驗、提升能力，力求在未來，打造更多理想的家居空間。

In the designer's eyes, there is no good or bad space, only suitable and inappropriate. After reasonable changes and design, let the space closer to the residents, more tolerant of life, then this home is a success. Deep zero design, constantly learn from experience, improve ability, strive to create more ideal home space in the future.
