該項目位于北京朝陽區金河東路20號正大中心，緊鄰中國尊大廈，CCTV大樓，擁有絕佳的視野和城市景觀。Located at CP Center, No. 20 Jinhe East Road of Chaoyang District in Beijing, the project is right next to China Zun (CITIC Tower) and CCTV Building, with splendid vision and urban view.

該項目共有9層，其中17-23層為辦公層，24-25層為接待層。The project consists of 9 floors in total - 17-23F serve as the office floors, and 24-25F serve as the reception floors.24層主接待層入口，運用膠合玻璃內嵌燈帶塑造長條形接待臺，營造輕盈半透明的空間感。接待臺兩側空間擁有充足的自然采光和良好的城市景觀視野，作為重要的休閑待客及洽談區，選用與空間契合的深灰和褐色皮質辦公家具，使得整個接待前廳簡潔，大氣，明亮，通透。

A long reception counter made of laminated glass with embedded lamp belt is applied for the main entrance of 24F. This design creates a light and translucent sense of space. Both sides of the reception counter have sufficient natural lighting and excellent landscape view of the city. At this important leisure hospitality area and meeting area, dark grey and brown leather office furniture are perfectly merged into the space which makes the reception hall concise, grand, bright, and transparent.

▲休閑等候及洽談區 Leisure meeting area原始平面是非常典型的回字型走廊圍繞核心筒的布局。設計師在具有良好城市景觀視野的北側設置接待臺，休閑洽談和咖啡茶水區，其他三面布置不同規模的會議室，VIP接待室，同時保持相對寬敞舒適的公共走廊空間，并沿靠近核心筒東西兩側設計LED屏及展臺，展示盈科文化。The original plan is a very typical layout of hollow square corridor around the core tube. The reception counter, leisure hospitality area, meeting area and coffee area are set by the north side of the landscape view of the city. The other three sides are occupied by conference rooms and VIP reception rooms of different sizes. The public corridor is capacious and comfortable. To demonstrate the Yingke corporate culture, LED screen and display board are installed on the east and west side near the core tube.

▲休閑咖啡茶水區 Coffee & Tea

設計師在沿窗采光良好的一側，設計不同形制和規格的會議室，VIP接待室，電教室及培訓室，鼓勵員工更多的交叉協作和溝通交流，其中開放型會議室靠近核心筒一側采用玻璃隔斷，表面貼漸變膜，既保持相應的私密性又兼顧開放及空間的通透性。Different types and sizes of conference rooms, VIP reception rooms, audio-visual room and training room are located by the window area with good daylighting. Coordination and communication are encouraged and welcomed in the company. Open meeting area close to the core tube applies glass partition covered with gradient film, which meets the requirement of privacy as well as openness of the space.
