項目概況：

套內使用面積不足60平，有限的空間內，需要滿足三居室功能的空間布局，營造一個有品位、舒適且能滿足大小收納的居家空間。

設計重點：
破局：從原始空間結構入手，面對原始戶型四處門洞開口、通道，打破固有思維，將門洞入口進行調整。散中規整，梳理出幾面整墻，順墻面布局，營造圍和空間。原始進主次臥門洞封閉，梳理出兩面整墻，使得客餐廳空間瞬間變寬敞，客餐廳靠三面整墻進行布局，中間留出活動區，建立圍和空間，提高居住溫度。
秩序：重新梳理空間動線，建立合理有效的居住習慣動向秩序，以客餐廳為中軸線，分為三條主動線。一條為廚衛與客餐廳共用動線，往左則是生活陽臺與次臥共用動線，往右則是多功能室與主臥共用動線。
借光：尊重并充分利用自然光照，以客餐廳為圓心，縮短光線到中心路徑。1，窗戶進入光線不遮擋。2，廚衛門門開合之間光線的借入，帶來干凈清楚的視覺效果。

重新布局的客廳能夠恰恰放下三人位沙發，保證客廳功能的完整性。黑色茶幾的加入豐富空間的層次，柜子色調與空間色調形成反差，擴寬了空間的視覺張力，簡潔干練的同時不會顯得單一。

客廳電視墻設計柜體與洗漱臺的結合，功能疊加，輔助客廳收納的同時，實現干濕分離。右側門后是衛生間，因為原始面積原因，本身空間局促。通過分析需求和對空間的重新整合，將洗漱臺與電視墻作為一個整體設計，在解決使用需求的同時，將其融入到客廳的整體氛圍中。

推開入戶門，端口增加端景玄關墻，增加歸家儀式感。左側墻面強弱電箱前掛穿衣鏡面實用的同時，入戶寬度得到延伸。右側設計鞋柜儲物區，柜子轉角與餐廳卡座順勢結合，在形式上讓空間更具流動連貫性。餐廳卡座與儲物柜、書柜、書桌的構成與結合，更使空間體塊得到延展，儲物功能與使用功能得到強化。

劃分書房與休息兩大功能區。書房與餐廳空間連貫疊加，模糊界限，同時并建立進主臥過道區。休息區設置榻榻米，滿足儲物與睡覺功能，以極窄長虹玻璃雙推門進行隔斷，保證隱私的同時，也不影響光線的進入。
