臨水而居 | 德正西湖春天

萬(wàn)物皆有靈性，一草一木造就自然的旖旎風(fēng)光，一磚一瓦構(gòu)築溫情的住宅。

本案— —西湖春天洋派住宅，坐落于歷史文化名城許昌，南朝鹿鳴湖，北擁芙蓉湖，西鄰飲馬河千畝生態(tài)綠色長(zhǎng)廊，山水作伴隱于市，臨水而居的環(huán)境特性，賦予本案居室似水的柔情與靈氣。

磚瓦擬就房子的形狀，站在空蕩房子的室外，眼前的建築物僅僅是供人觀賞的空間盒子，有了人的居住，房子才有了生命，居室也因此有了人間的煙火氣。設(shè)計(jì)賦予空間靈魂，但對(duì)空間的設(shè)計(jì)構(gòu)思不能脫離人的存在，使靈魂生動(dòng)的，是餐桌上熱騰騰的飯香氣和觥籌交錯(cuò)的獨(dú)特音符。

深圳臻品設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)在本案的空間構(gòu)思過(guò)程中，載入不同的空間主人角色，使得各個(gè)區(qū)域因此有了多樣的空間使命。設(shè)計(jì)方案建立在不同的使用場(chǎng)景上，現(xiàn)代奢華的居室中，不一樣的人物特性賦予空間不一樣的鮮活個(gè)性，因此造就多彩的人文空間。

本案為上下兩層空間，自玄關(guān)而入，客廳與用餐區(qū)呈左右分佈，視覺(jué)上一覽無(wú)遺，明亮通透的客廳裡，落地窗設(shè)計(jì)打破室內(nèi)與室外的隔閡，背景的“山色梅花圖”與室外景觀連成一體，將室外院中的風(fēng)聲、鳥聲及樹葉沙沙聲淺淺引入室內(nèi)，使人身居室內(nèi)，卻依然能夠感受到花葉紛飛的熱鬧。

雖不能如屈原所往“朝飲木蘭之墜露，夕餐秋菊之落英”，但毗鄰陽(yáng)臺(tái)的佈局設(shè)計(jì)將視覺(jué)的通透性應(yīng)用到每一處空間，也讓居室主人在用餐過(guò)程中，體驗(yàn)了一把“室內(nèi)飯香四溢，室外鳥語(yǔ)花香”的恣意盎然。

負(fù)一層區(qū)域擔(dān)當(dāng)宴請(qǐng)賓客、品酒言歡的空間角色，整體延續(xù)一層的空間設(shè)計(jì)色彩，大地咖色的設(shè)計(jì)主調(diào)里，以簡(jiǎn)潔的天空藍(lán)灰色家具作為點(diǎn)綴色元素，體現(xiàn)空間大氣的同時(shí)，更增添一份優(yōu)雅和沉穩(wěn)的氣質(zhì)。貫穿空間的羽毛灰將整體的設(shè)計(jì)色調(diào)巧妙地匯成一體，大地的溫和包容著海洋的俏皮，點(diǎn)綴起生活的樂(lè)趣和品質(zhì)。
